When you look back it is imposible not to remember with every detail the moments that brought together our history. From the moment José Adames, Four Seasons General Director, gave us his seal of approval to create a concept different for what the hotel had, Fifty Mils has been an adventure where mixology goes beyond the bar.
Paying attention to our logo you may find a jigger, a basic instrument in the labor of the bartender, but it is at the same time a trophy, and a Martini. It is because we wanted to reflect in every creation the celebration of the art of mixology, one that its only purpose is to amaze the senses of our clients and to create a unique connection with them.
